Add your logo, set your colors and choose the wording from your portal.
• Always the current edition. Income caps change every January and state forms change. Download a fresh copy from your portal anytime, so you never hand out a stale figure.
• The full state guide. The same guide families buy for themselves: the state's own form or requirements, the funding worksheet, the bank-account section, the state's common denial reasons with citations, and when to call an attorney.
• One charge a year, no contract. We email a reminder before it renews. Manage or cancel it yourself from the billing portal.

Yes. Email the PDF, send it through your resident portal, or show it on a tablet, as long as it goes to your own residents and their families. Just don't post it publicly or on an open website.

▸ We have more than one location. Do we need a license for each?

A license covers one location in one state, with that location's name on every copy. For several locations or states, email support@millertrustguide.com and we'll put together one price for all of them.

▸ Can we pay with a facility purchasing card?

Yes. The pass is a single $397 charge once a year, so it fits on most facility purchasing cards without a purchase order.

▸ Can you invoice us or accept a purchase order?

Yes. Email support@millertrustguide.com with your organization's billing details and we'll send an invoice instead of card checkout.

▸ Is there a trial?

Instead of a trial, every new license has a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it's not the right fit, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

It's informational only, not legal advice, and every licensed copy says so on the cover and on every page. Your staff should hand it out as general information, not as advice on a family's situation.

Your license runs to the end of the year you already paid for. After that you stop handing out new copies; copies families already have are theirs to keep.
