If your state's Medicaid agency rejects the Qualified Income Trust for any reason traceable to following this kit, we issue a full refund within one business day of receiving the agency's stated denial reason.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@millertrustguide.com from the email address used at checkout.
  2. Include the agency's stated denial reason (a quote or the relevant section of the denial letter is fine — no need to share personal financial details).
  3. We process the refund to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days.

Standard refund window

For any other reason, refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase are honored without question. After 30 days, contact us — we'd rather hear about a problem than have an unhappy buyer.

What is not covered

If the denial is borderline, we default to issuing the refund.
